The purpose of establishing the Public Relations Department is to provide professional support for the purposeful organization and management of the activities of the Aikikai Aikido Clubs Public Union. The management board of the department consists of 4 (four) people. The director of the department receives orders and tasks only from the chairman of the Union. The department is under the supervision of the general director of the union. The members of the department are appointed by the management board of the Union for a period of 2 (two) years. The director of the public relations department disseminates information about the goals and activities of the association, leads the organization of cooperation with state and non-state organizations to provide moral and material support, support and assistance to the clubs. The work of the executive staff of the public relations department is to supervise the work to be done in general republican aikido issues related to Aykikai Azerbaijan and to organize the execution of tasks received by the director of the department.
