AikIkai AikIdo Azerbaijan Journal founding date
Aikikai Aikido Azerbaijan Journal was first published in a small volume during the aikido seminar held on October 28-30, 2016, to provide detailed information about the event. In February 2019, according to the decision of the board of the union, an application was made to the Ministry of Justice for state registration to publish a quarterly journal for the promotion of aikido and the education of aikido practitioners in the country. Upon application, the journal was registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan on May 14, 2019.

Third issue of Aikikai Aikido Azerbaijan Journal
Due to Covid-19, which started in 2020, classes were suspended. In the last months of 2021, our team took part in Kagami Biraki in January, and then at the end of the year, the national yudansha exam was held in Azerbaijan for the first time. The third issue of the magazine about the results obtained by the union for 2021 on these events was published.
The second issue of AikIkai AikIdo Azerbaijan Journal
The 2020 Aikido Summit has been postponed due to Covid-19. After the current situation, the Aikikai Foundation and the IAF staff agreed with Doshu to postpone the 13-th Aikido Summit to 2021. The decision was made based on close consultations with Doshu. On October 13, 2021, the International Aikido Federation accepted the of Azerbaijan Aikikai Aikido Clubs Public Union as a member at the summit of the 13-th Aikido Summit, held through an online meeting. The union received the right to represent Azerbaijan in the international arena. About this, a special issue was published in the journal.

Our first journal was published during the Aikido seminar on October 28-30, 2016. This edition published information about the Founder of Aikido About O Sensei Morihei Ueshiba, 2-nd Doshu to Kissemar Ueshiba, 3-rd Doshu to Moritheru Ueshiba, Dojo-cho Mitsuteru Ueshiba and Technical Director Aikikai Aikido of Azerbaijan Sihan Takanori Kuribayashi.
