General Assembly
Founders, Directors Board, Executive Board, Legal Department, Foundation Board, Headquarters and Brahch Board, Board of Academy and Clubs (Public Unions)Board, Supervisory Inspection Commission, Disciplinary Commission, Teaching Committee and Examination Board, Journal Editorial Board and other members of the public union.
The supreme body of the Union is the General Assembly, which is called at least once a year. The General Assembly is summoned at the initiative of the Executive Board of the Union, one third of the founders or members of the Union.
Structure
Union Management Center
Aikikai Aikido Clubs Public Union is the only Aikido organization recognized by AIKIKAI (International Aikido Federation) in Azerbaijan. Aikikai Aikido Clubs Public Union is responsible for organizing, supervising and managing legal and financial affairs of all organizations as well as submitting reports to state authorities in due time. Azerbaijan Aikikai Aikido Foundation has been established to manage the activity within the Union. The purpose of the foundation is to engage in organizing moral and financial support to the Aikikai Aikido Team in Azerbaijan and to properly represent our country in the AIKIKAI (International Aikido Federation) events, seminars, exams, kyu and degrees. Along with this, the Aikikai Foundation Azerbaijan Aikido Headquarters has been set up and the Aikikai Aikido Academy. Aikikai Foundation Azerbaijan Aikido Headquarters co-operates and manages the Aikikai Oriented Clubs, etc. in activity the territory of the country and within the Union. The main goal of the Aikikai Aikido Academy is to train the team of Aikikai Aikido Clubs Azerbaijan in accordance with the requirements of the international requirements of aikido AIKIKAI (International Aikido Federation).
Organizations supporting the clubs of the Union
The Established under Aikikai Aikido Psychology Public Union, are designed to enlighten Azerbaijan Aikikai Aikido Clubs team.
Aikikai Aikido Azerbaijan Magazine
The quarterly magazine on promotion of Aikikai Aikido type of martial arts and aikido training on the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic was registered on May 14, 2019 in the Ministry of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic.
Clubs and Sport Centre
At the same time Aykikay Aikido Clubs Public Union established by the Hombu Dojo Azerbaijan 3 Aikido clubs, Japanese national martial arts Kendo and Iaido (club) supporting Aikikai Aikido and 2 sports centers. The main purpose of the public union is to promote and teach aikido the country’s citizens according in accordance with the Charter Aikikai Foundation World Aikido Headquarters to the based on the principles established by the founder Morihei Ueshiba.
The central dojo was founded for the orderly management of all dojos and is supporting the development and ongoing activity of the Azerbaijan “Aikido Aikikai Clubs” Public Union.
The main objective of the branch of the Azerbaijan Aikikai Aikido Clubs Public Union, Sports Complex Baku MAKS is the development of the headquarters (office) and the Main Club “Hombu Dojo Azerbaijan”.
