By the Decision of the General Commission of the Examination Committee

On granting the first generation of aikido practitioners of Azerbaijan Aikido, Sensei Faig Nuriyev and Sensei Emil Mammadov, the High Dan degree with domestic status

ORDINANCE No. 26-1

1) Nuriyev Faig Yusifovich shall be granted the honorary black belt degree and status of the 7th Dan at the national mastery level.
2) Mammadov Emil Ilham oglu shall be granted the honorary black belt degree and status of the 7th Dan at the national mastery level.

Basis: For the reason that they are representatives of the first generation of aikido practitioners of Azerbaijan. Support for the regulation of the hierarchy within the staff. Appeal of the members of the Educational Committee. Decision of the chairman of the examination commission of the Union.

Members of the Educational and Examination Committee: Ilham Guliyev, Elnur Nematov, Arzu Mikayilov, Tofig Najafov and Ruslan Mammadov.

1) Mammadov Ruslan Abu Bakr oglu to be granted the honorary black belt rank and status of the 5th Dan for the national mastery degree. 

Basis: For the reason that he is a representative of the first generation of aikido of Azerbaijan. Support for the regulation of the hierarchy within the staff. Appeal of the members of the Educational Committee. Decision of the Chairman of the Examination Commission of the Union.
