He is the Chief Coach Teacher of the Azerbaijan Aikikai Aikido Clubs Public Union. He was born on August 18, 1972 in Baku, Azerbaijan. He was a member of the Azerbaijan Aikido Federation from 1992 to 2009. He has been a member of the Azerbaijan Aikido Clubs Public Union since October 23, 2025.
