He is the technical director of the Azerbaijan Aikikai Aikido Clubs Public Union. He was born on August 28, 1977 in Baku, Azerbaijan. He was a member of the Azerbaijan Aikido Federation from 1994 to 2014. Since 2014, he has been a member of the Azerbaijan Aikikai Aikido Clubs Public Union. In 2014, he established the “Shinjutsu Aikido Sports Club” Public Union under the Union. Since December 2024, he has been appointed technical director of the Union.
