The purpose of establishing the International Relations Department is to provide professional support for the purposeful organization and management of the activities of the “Aikikai Aikido Clubs” Public Union. The Department is under the supervision of the General Director of the Union. The board of directors of the department consists of 4 (four) people. The director of the department receives orders and instructions only from the chairman of the Union. In matters of international relations, no action should be taken without the knowledge and notification of the general director of the Union. The department staff is appointed by the board of directors of the Union for a period of 2 (two) years. The director of the international relations department leads the organization of work related to cooperation with Aikikai Aikido organizations of foreign countries, etc. The work of the international relations executive board is to control the work to be done on general international aikido issues related to the Aikikai Azerbaijan IAF team and organize the implementation of the instructions received by the director of the department.

Department Director: Supports the activities of the Headquarters and the Delegation in carrying out relevant work with the Aikikai Foundation, the International Aikido Federation and international aikido organizations, represents the union.
General Manager: Manages the work of the department managers, presents relevant tasks to the managers on assignment and supports the organization of work.
Domestic Relations Manager: Manages the organization of relations with foreign organizations (embassies, foreign companies and foreign citizens) in the country and the organization of relevant work.
International Relations Manager: Manages the organization of cooperation with aikido organizations of foreign countries (federations, clubs and individual aikido players) and the organization of relevant work.
