Information Department

The purpose of establishing the Information Department is to inform the public about the activities of the Aikikai Aikido Clubs Public Union, to provide professional support for the organization and management of the Union in accordance with its goals. The Department is under the supervision of the General Director of the Union. The Board of Directors of the Department consists of 8 (eight) people. The Director of the Department receives orders and instructions only from the Chairman of the Union. The members of the Department are appointed by the Board of Directors of the Union for a term of 2 (two) years. The Director of the Information Department leads the organization of information (distribution of information to the public). He organizes the presentation of constant additions (updates) to the activities of the Union on social networks and official websites. He leads the preparation (compilation, design) of the Aikido magazine published by the Union. He curates advertisements, TV and radio broadcasts for the clubs (and other members) included in the Union. The job of the executive board of the Information Department is to organize the implementation of the instructions received by the director of the department in announcing information on nationwide aikido news related to Aikikai Azerbaijan.
