Financial Department

The financial department is responsible for maintaining financial records in the main organization and its subsidiaries and managing reports from a common database, created to provide and control financial, tax and social security fund. The department is headed by the general director of the union.

Material-technical base

* Targeted funds included in the Union’s account cannot be spent in another direction.
* The Union may not distribute the income it has obtained among the founders (members), but may carry out entrepreneurial activities only to achieve the goals aimed at the development of the organization.
* Each member of the union must pay the education, seminar and exam fees of the association according to the requirement set by the rule. These fees are considered the annual membership fee of the member of the association and are transferred to the fund of the association.
* Funds from the material and technical base of the Union are prohibited to be spent in any direction without the decision or permission of the board of directors.
* Matters mentioned and not mentioned in general are performed according to the charter requirements of the union.
