Sensei Ruslan Mammadov is the chairman of the Disciplinary Commission to the Azerbaijan Aikikai Aikido Clubs Public Union. He was born on August 21, 1974 in Baku, Azerbaijan. He was a member of the Azerbaijan Aikido Federation from 1997 to 2004. He has been a member of the Azerbaijan Aikikai Aikido Clubs Public Union since 2011. In 2012, he established the “Freestayle Combat Sports Club” Public Union under the Union. Since December 2024, he has been appointed a technical advisor to the Union.
