The purpose of establishing the Public Relations Department is to provide professional support for the purposeful organization and management of the activities of the Aikikai Aikido Clubs Public Union. The management board of the department consists of 4 (four) people. The director of the department receives orders and tasks only from the chairman of the Union. The department is under the supervision of the executive director of the union. The members of the department are appointed by the management board of the Union for a period of 2 (two) years. The director of the public relations department disseminates information about the goals and activities of the association, leads the organization of cooperation with state and non-state organizations to provide moral and material support, support and assistance to the clubs. The work of the executive staff of the public relations department is to supervise the work to be done in general republican aikido issues related to Aikikai Azerbaijan IAF and to organize the execution of tasks received by the director of the department.

Şöbənin Direktoru: İctiçaiyyətlə əlaqələr şöbəsi ölkə ərazisində aykiodo təşkilatları və aykido sevərlər ilə aidiyyati işlərin aparılmasında  idra komitəsinə dəstək verir, birliyi təmsil edir.
Baş Menecer: Şöbənin menecerlərinin işinə rəhbərlik edir, aidiyyat tapşırıqları təyinatı üzrə menecerlərə təqdim edir və işin təşkilinə dəstək verir.
Hökumət təşkilatları üzrə menecer: Ölkə ərazisində yerli təşkilatlar ilə əlaqələrin təşkili və aidiyyati işlərin təşkilinə rəhbərlik edir.
Qeyri-hökumət təşkilatları üzrə menecer: Xarici ölkələrin aykido təşkilatları (federasiyalar, klublar və fərdi aykidoçular) ilə əməkdaşlığın təşkili və aidiyyati işlərin təşkilinə rəhbərlik edir.
