Legal Department
Director of Department
Mikayilov Farid was born on June 6, 1982 in the Baku city Azerbaijan Republic. In 1999-2004 he graduated from the Law Faculty of the Moscow State Open University. Participated in a number of international conferences and trainings, was a member of the organizing committee. Since 2003 he has worked as a lawyer in various companies. In 2000-2015, he was a member of the Azerbaijan Young Lawyers Union . In March-June 2013, he took legal training courses organized by the Azerbaijan Lawyers’ Confederation and the Khazar University Law Training Center. 14.02.2014-24.02.2014 completed the course of the Justice Academy “Legal awareness” at the Ministry Justice Azerbaijan Republic. 03.04.2014-05.04.2014 completed the course of the Justice Academy “Practical issues of legal aid” of the Ministry Justice Azerbaijan Republic. Since June 19, 2018, he has become a member and lawyer of the Azerbaijan Aikikai Aikido Clubs Public Union. April 15, 2019 heads the legal department. Since July 5, 2021, he has been engaged in aikido.
Purpose of the Department
The main task of the Legal Department is to ensure that the activities of the public association of Aikikai Aikido clubs are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on non-governmental organizations (public union and foundations), as well as the protection of the rights of members of the Association.

Our law office was established on April 15, 2019 by the Board of Directors of the public. Our branch is founded by professional lawyers and is engaged in providing corporate, individual and legal consulting services to the sports clubs and members of our public union. The main purpose of our department is to analyze the requirements of each member of the public union individually, to identify the most appropriate solutions in various situations, to provide the highest level of legal services based on the principles of professionalism, reliability, honesty and confidentiality, organization of awareness raising activities. In addition to our core business and corporate and individual legal services, our department also offers free full-fledged legal consulting services, which, in turn, serve the organization of legal awareness activities. The department’s staff consists of highly qualified and experienced lawyers in various fields. At the same time, we are also providing our services through numerous local and international partners.

Legal consulting
Our Legal Department provides free legal advice to anyone applying to any of the following areas:
* Legal advice on sports field;
* State registration of sports clubs, branches (representative offices);
Advisory services are provided by phone, e-mail, live chat on the site’s website or by contacting the office where our office is functioning.
Preparation of relevant documents by agreement on state registration of sports clubs, branches (representative offices).

Organization of work on personnel

* Organizes the activity of the office of the Association and regular updates.
* Registration of documents received or issued by the Association is carried out by the office manager.
* On personnel affairs of the Association organizes relevant work protocol, order, command etc.
* Incoming applications to the union, letters, reviews, suggestions, etc. are accepted by the office manager.

DOCUMENTS GIVEN TO THE MEMBERS OF THE UNION
* Membership card:
· Membership card can only be given to aikidoka with 2 kyu and above.
· The term of the membership card is 2 (two) years from the date of issue.
* Membership and diploma book:
· Membership book must be in Azerbaijani and English.
· Only kyu degrees can be recorded in the membership book, Aikikai Hombu presents the from dan degree book . Union can not give document the from national dan degree.
· The membership book must be submitted during the 5 kyu exam.
· The book can be signed by the examiner and the head of the club.
· The relevant details must be written on the book with full accuracy.
· The membership book expires the day it was given yudansha book Aikkai Hombu.
* Certificate for management and executive board:
· Employment is provided for employees hired on a voluntary basis or on a schedule.
· The term of the card is 2 (two) years from the date of issue.
* Kyu degree diploma:
· Kyu degree diploma must be a diploma accepted by Aikikai Hombu.
· Kyu diploma must be written in Azerbaijani, English and Japanese.
· Kyu diploma should contain only the name, surname and signature of the chairman of the association.
* Certificate:
· The certificate is issued to the examiner and instructor after certification.
· The certificate is valid for 2 (two) years from the date of issue.
* Reference and characteristics:
· Each member of the Association must be issued a reference and characteristics for presentation to the appropriate places.
