Executive Committee Action

The core function of the executive committee is to manage the implementation of board decisions. Members of the executive committee are elected by the board of directors. When the board of directors’ term expires, the executive committee’s term is also considered to have expired. The executive committee regularly informs the board of directors of its activities. The board of directors has the right to re-elect the executive committee.
