The Disciplinary Commission oversees the activities of the teaching committee and members of the association in accordance with the Charter, as well as the activities of the examination committee. The number of members of the Disciplinary Commission shall be determined by the General Assembly. The term of office of the Disciplinary Commission is 2 (two) years. Decisions of the disciplinary commission are made by a simple majority. The disciplinary commission must consider and respond to requests from the bodies and members of the Public Union within a month.
