The Board of Directors carries out the activities of the Union. Executive Body is the Management Board consisting of the Chairman of the Union, Deputy Chairmen and other persons. The Board is a collegial executive body and has the following powers: Adopts membership and exemption from membership; Offers suggestions and projects; Creates branches of the Union and opens its representations; It solves all issues not referred to exclusive jurisdiction of other governing bodies of the Union. When more than half of the members of the Management Board participate, sessions are considered competent and decisions are made by a simple majority of votes. The Chairman, Vice Chairpersons and other members of the Management Board shall be elected by the General Meeting of the Union within 2 (two) years.

General Director – heads the control and inspection commission to ensure that the activities of the Union are carried out in accordance with the legislation. The Control and Inspection Commission exercises control over the compliance of the activities of the Union’s officials and members with the Union’s charter, international requirements of AIKIKAI and the International Aikido Federation, as well as over the financial activities of the Union. Manages the organization of the Union’s hosting, domain, email, website and archive protection.

Secretary General – manages the Union’s cooperation with Azerbaijani and foreign aikido organizations, the organization of seminars, public and international relations. Manages the organization and management of the Union’s meetings, meetings and general assembly. Manages the acceptance, announcement and organization of seminars and events according to the annual calendar plan. Manages the organization of the Union’s members’ speeches on radio and TV, etc. participation. Cooperates with state and non-state organizations, etc. to provide moral support, support and assistance to the clubs of the Public Union.

Assistant to the Secretary General – assists the Secretary General in general affairs or replaces him/her.

Head of Administration – The Chairman organizes the Administration and appoints its head. The purpose is to ensure the creation of conditions for the implementation of the powers of the Charter. The Administration prepares draft laws, decrees, orders, instructions and appeals of the Chairman, as well as drafts of other documents submitted to the General Meeting; monitors, checks the implementation of adopted laws, decrees, orders and instructions of the Chairman and submits relevant reports to the Board of Directors. The Administration ensures the mutual relations of the Board of Directors with public associations and limited liability companies in the republic, as well as with aikido organizations and officials of foreign countries, local and international organizations. The Administration analyzes information about educational and legal processes taking place within the Union and in foreign organizations with which it cooperates, applications and proposals from local self-government bodies, public organizations and our members, and prepares relevant reports to the Board of Directors. Vice Chairman – represent the Union on the basis of the presentation of the Chairman of the Union, implements the decisions of the General Meeting and the Board of Directors. Carries out the functions of the General Meeting and other functions assigned to it by the Charter.

Financial Director – Organizes accounting for the clubs, groups and branches of the Union in accordance with the legislation. Organizes the financial operations of the Union by order or instruction of the Chairman of the Union.
