Baku, Azerbaijan — October 23, 2025. The Republican Friendship Seminar of Aikido Clubs will bring together practitioners from different dojos for joint training, exchange of experience, and strengthening of friendship.

The seminar will be led by Emil Mammadov, 3rd Dan Aikido. The program will focus on the fundamental principles of Aikido: balance, breathing, and partner interaction, along with an examination demonstration and practice with weapons (training tanto).

As part of the event, there will be a presentation of the book “Aikido: The Path to Inner Strength,” dedicated to applying Aikido principles in everyday life. In addition, a new methodology for training young instructors will be introduced, as well as the unique ABSI program based on Aikido principles, designed to support people with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

The seminar is open to all clubs and media representatives.
